不同大小碱地肤种子的萌发耐盐性比较 被引量:25

Effects of saline-alkaline stress on the seed of Kochia sieversiana seedlings with different heights

摘要 分别用不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(NaHCO3)处理不同高度碱地肤(株高分别为10,30和50 cm)植株的种子,比较其种子对2种盐分抗逆性差异。结果表明,在无盐胁迫条件下,种子生物学特性决定了发芽情况,植株越高,种子千粒重越大,种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数越高。低浓度的盐碱刺激了碱地肤的发芽,随着盐浓度的增加,碱地肤种子的萌发受到不同程度的抑制,发芽时间延长,其发芽的趋势随着植株高度的增加而递减。在相同Na+(100 mmol/L)条件下,NaCl处理组中碱地肤种子的活力指数、发芽指数高于NaHCO3处理组。试验结果证实,对于不同大小的碱地肤植株,其种子对盐碱的适应能力是不同的。 The seeds of different height Kochia sieversiana seedling plants were stressed with different concentrations of neutral salt (NaCl) and alkaline salt (NaHCO3). Effects of salt and alkaline stress on seed germination and seedling growth were examined. Germination of K. sieversiana seeds was determined by seed size in the control medium (distilled water). The taller the seedling, the heavier was the thousand grain weight. Seed germination percentage, germination index, and activity index of taller seedlings were better than those of lower seedlings. At the lower salt concentration, the parameters of seed germination were stimulated in all phenotypes. With increasing salt concentration, germination of taller seedlings was restrained and the germination time delayed. Under the same Na^+ (100 mmol/L) concentration, the vigor index and germination index in NaCl solution were higher than those in NaHCO3 solution. In conclusion, salt tolerance was decreased while 1 000- grain grain weight increased under the same conditions.
