摘要
利用NCEP地面、探空、海温等分析资料,以及本地自动站和灾情资料,对2008年1月中旬~2月中旬粤北一场罕见的低温雨雪冰冻天气过程的特点、气候背景、地面和高空形势进行研究分析。结果发现:长时间的冻雨和雨夹雪是造成粤北损失巨大的主要原因,冷暖空气长时间在粤北上空交汇是造成雨雪天气的直接原因,拉尼娜事件引起大气环流异常是这次过程的气候背景,异常偏强的副热带高压和孟加拉湾到广西一带低槽的共同作用,为粤北上空输送了强盛的西南暖湿气流,北方长时间稳定的强冷空气从边界层侵入粤北后的冷舌,与对流层中低层的暖舌构成的逆温层,为冻雨的出现提供了有利的大气层结,极涡异常偏心对这次过程有指示意义。
Northern Guangdong encountered a rare cryogenic freezing rain and snow Weather at the beginning of 2008. The characteristics, climate background and weather situations are studied by using the disaster information ,automatic and manual meteorological observational data ,and NCEP/NCAR daily reanalysis data . The results show that the prolonged freezing weather is the main cause of huge losses in northern Guangdong Province; Long lasting convergence of warm and cold air mass near the Nanling Mountains led to the cryogenic freezing rain and snow Weather; The abnormal atmospheric circulation induced by La Nina event prepared the climate background; Warm and moist air toward the Nanling Mountains brought by the strong subtropical high and low - trough from Guangxi and Bay of Bengal ,colliding against the strong cold air down form the north in the boundary layer, produced the inversion, which is favorable for freezing rain. Eccentricity of the polar vortex to East - Asia alos suggests the occurrence of such events.
