摘要
在建设高水平教师队伍的过程中,如何以科学发展观为指导,探索出一套行之有效的高校教师绩效考核制度,是需要认真研究和高度重视的重要课题。论文从高校绩效考核的背景出发,分析了绩效考核中存在的问题,探索提高高校绩效考核实效的改进措施。
"The hope of the country lies in education, the key of education lies in the teachers. " During the process of constructing a high-level teaching team, how to regard the Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide to explore an effective set of college teachers' performance evaluation system is an important topic that deserves our careful research and attention. Starting with the background of college performance evaluation, the problems existing in the performance evaluation was analyzed, and the improving measures were explored to enhance the effect of performance evaluation.
