摘要
就近年来国内外玄参研究相关文献,对玄参的化学成分及药理作用研究进行了综述。其主要化学成分为环烯醚萜类、苯丙素苷类;具有对心血管系统的影响和镇痛、抗炎、抑菌、增强免疫等药理作用。
The sums summed up the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Radix Scrophulariae referring to the internal and overseas pertinent literatures published in recent years. The majority of the chemical constituents are iridoid glycosides and phenylpropanoid glycosides, which have effects on cardiovascular system, analgesia, antiinflammatory, bacteriostasis, immunoenhancement and so on. The paper is written in order to offer some information for its further study and exploitation afterwards.
