摘要
左旋氨氯地平是新一代的钙通道阻滞药,是氨氯地平的更新换代产品,临床上主要用于治疗高血压病、心绞痛,并且用于纠正心肌肥厚、心力衰竭等病理状态。本文综述了左旋氨氯地平在治疗高血压病及其他心血管相关疾病方面的最新研究进展,并展望其应用前景。
L-amlodipine is a novel calcium channel blocker （CCB） as an alternative to amlodipine for the treatment of hypertension and angina peetoris. L-amlodipine could ameliorate myocardial hypertrophy and prevent heart failure. The new progress of l-amlodipine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, such as hypertension, angina peetoris and heart failure, was reviewed and the prospect was also discussed in this paper.
