摘要
现行《汉语拼音方案》施行了50年,功绩卓著,是目前为止最可行的拼音方案。但是,也存在注音字母闲置、字母读音使用混乱、个别声韵母形式不合理、标调隔音方法不理想等问题,有必要进一步完善。
The Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet has put in force for fifty years. It makes great achievement, and it is the most scientific scheme. But it still has shortcomings in notational phonetic alphabet, letter name, form of initials and finals, form of tone, and so on. So it is necessary to revise and perfect the scheme.
