摘要
主要讨论了如何在现有的数据库管理系统基础上建立基于内容查询的面向对象的图象数据库，提出了一个系统的层次模型，并给出了一个图象数据库的数据结构模型。
This paper presents our viewpoints of content based image database. The construction of content based object oriented image database on the current RDBMS is mainly discussed. Moreover, a layer model is presented and a data structure of image database is given.
