摘要
本研究采用了微波消解和传统电热板消解土壤样品,用原子荧光法测定土壤中的硒含量,结果表明,微波消解的方法对总硒测定结果准确而稳定,而且节约时间和试剂。
Determination of total Se in soil samples by atomic fluorescence spectromertry was conducted with sample digestion by microwave and electric heating board respectively. The results indicate that determination of total Se with microwave digestion is accurate and stable. It also saves the chemical reagents and time.
