摘要
从土壤中筛选了具有高效絮凝活性的菌株C1,其产生的微生物絮凝剂命名为MBF1。利用丙酮提取法从发酵液中提取絮凝剂,并通过苯酚硫酸法、茚三酮显色反应确定该微生物絮凝剂的主要成分为多糖,且主要分布于胞外。该絮凝剂有较好的热稳定性,并对可溶性色素次甲基兰的脱色率高达98.6%,其良好的脱色性能使絮凝剂MBF1具有广阔的应用前景。
A bioflocculant-producing strain C1 with high flocculating activity was isolated from soil. The flocculant named MBF1 was extracted from culture broth using acetone solvent. The flocculant was mainly composed of polysaccharide, which was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid reaction. MBF1 had better heat stability. The decolorizing rate of methylene blue by the treatment of hioflocculants was up to 98.6%. High decolorizing rate made MBF1 a good potentiality in application.
