摘要
从阳极水传输、阴极水传输及质子交换膜中的水分布等方面进行分析,建立了燃料电池堆的水平衡和传输方程。采用MATLAB对水管理动态过程进行仿真,通过仿真结果,对影响燃料电池堆水管理的参数(阴极回流管道常数、进电堆空气流量、喷射水的流量和电流)进行了分析。仿真结果表明:优化的回流管腔的结构可以使电堆保持良好的湿度状态;进电堆空气流量、喷射水的流量和电流等操作条件,需要在电堆工作时选择或控制。
The water balance and transport formulas of the fuel cell stack and the water distribution formulas of proton exchange membrane were built by analyzing water distribution of membrane and water transportation process in cathode and anode. The dynamic process of the water management was simulated by MATLAB. The parameters (return manifold in cathode, inlet air flow,injected water flow and current) of water management in PEMFC stack were analysed based on the simulation results. The simulation results showed that optimized dimension of return manifold could maintain fine humidity condition. Operation conditions including inlet air flow,injected water flow and current were necessary to choose or control in the operation of the stack.
