摘要
分析信息技术发展所带来的巨大变革以及图书馆核心业务所发生的快速变化,认识图书馆员所面临的压力和挑战,提出图书馆员迫切需要提升和加强信息技术应用能力、信息获取能力、信息组织能力、资源评价能力、交流沟通与处理矛盾能力、学科知识学习能力等业务能力,并就如何全面加强图书馆员业务能力建设提出相关建议。
The paper makes analysis on the great changes of technology as well as the rapid changes of libraries＇ core services and then perceives the challenges the librarians are facing. It presents that the librarians should strengthen their ability to make full use of new technology, to acquire more and better information, to evaluate information well and truly, to manage information effectively, to communicate and deal with conflicting smoothly, and to learn science knowledge continuously. In the end this paper puts some suggestions on how to upgrading these abilities.
