蛋白质组技术在脑胶质瘤研究中的应用进展

摘要 脑胶质瘤是最常见的脑肿瘤,对脑胶质瘤的研究仍是当前的热点与难点。由于蛋白质组学技术具有大通量研究蛋白质组成和蛋白质差异的作用,已有研究将其用于胶质瘤特异性生物学标志物的鉴定、预后的评估、对治疗的反应及其生物学特性的研究中。本文就蛋白质组学技术的基本技术平台和在脑胶质瘤诊断、鉴别诊断、对治疗敏感性及反应和胶质瘤侵袭性研究中的进展作一综述。 Glioma is the commonest tumor in central nervous system. It is also the focus and challenge in research. With the characteristics of high quantity and quality of protein analysis, proteomics has been used to identify the specific biomarkers. Clinical validation of response to therapies and prognosis of patients with the biomarkers of different grade of glioma was underway. This review focused on the application of proteomics in the diagnosis, evaluation responses of therapies and the mechanisms of invasion of gliomas.
