摘要
订单式培养是高职高专院校的一种人才培养模式,并且得以成功运作。为进一步完善"订单式教育",通过分析学校开展订单式培养的模式及其运作的过程,提出了相应的操作思路。
Ordered cultivation is one kind of talent-nurturing modes and has worked out successfully. In order to perfect it, the operation thoughts are proposed through the analysis of its mode and process.
