综述了莲的营养成分、药理作用与产品开发状况。莲具有降脂减肥、抗氧化、抗衰老、抑制脂肪肝和抑菌等药理作用,可以用于相关功能食品和药品的开发。
This paper reviewed the nutritional contents, pharmacological effects and product development status of lotus. Lotus with lipid-lowering diet, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, inhibiting fatty liver, pharmacological inhibition effects can be used for functions related to the development of food and medicine.
