摘要
运用文献检索法、历史分析法和逻辑分析法,对20世纪我国学校体育法制的概况进行了回顾。从学校体育的立法规定、立法背景、立法技术和程序等方面探讨了不同历史时期学校体育法制的状况、缺陷、影响因素和法规的历史价值,旨在为我国学校体育法制的进一步发展提供有益参考。
By means of literature review, historic analysis and logical analysis, the author has reviewed the situation of the legal system of school sports in China in the 20th century. From the aspects of the legislative provisions, legislative background, legislative techniques and procedures, the legal status,defects,influencing factors and the historical value of laws of school sports in different historical periods are discussed in order to provide useful information for the further development of the legal system of school sports in China.
