锡磷青铜带坯的水平电磁连铸技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了提高锡磷青铜带坯的质量,提出了在锡磷青铜带坯的水平连铸过程中施加交流电磁场的水平电磁连铸技术。使用电子探针和光学显微镜研究了在水平连铸过程中施加交流电磁场对锡磷青铜带坯组织的影响。结果表明:在水平连铸过程中施加18A的工频交流电磁场,可以使锡磷青铜带坯的晶粒组织得到明显细化、缩松和偏析得到明显减轻、锡磷青铜带坯的内在质量得到大幅改善,从而使带坯的均匀化退火时间从7h缩短到5h、石墨模具使用寿命从168h延长到336h。 In order to improve the quality of tin-phosphor bronze strip plate, the horizontal electromagnetic continuous,casting technology of tin-phosphor bronze strip plate, i.e. imposing alternating electromagnetic field to the horizontal continuous casting process of tin-phosphor bronze strip plate was developed. The effect of electromagnetic field on the quality of tin-phosphor bronze strip plate was studied with electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and optical microscope. The results showed that while the alternating electromagnetic field with 50 Hz frequency and 18 A current was imposed, the crystal grain of the tin-phosphor bronze strip plate was obviously refined and the segregation and shrinkage porosity was greatly lightened. The quality of tin-phosphor bronze strip plate was remarkably improved, so the annealing time was shortened from 7 h to 5 h, and the service life of graphite mold was extended from 168 h to 334 h.
