大体肿瘤靶区勾画的差异性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解不同医师之间在勾画大体肿瘤靶区(GTV)中的差异大小。方法分别请3位放射治疗科医师和3位影像诊断科医师对12例位于全身不同部位恶性实体肿瘤患者的GTV进行勾画,1个月后重复1次。结果不同医师之间勾画的GTV等中心值在X、Z轴上的差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.001),而在Y轴上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同一医师两次勾画的GTV等中心值的差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同医师之间在勾画GTV中存在差异,可能不同医师对肿瘤学的理解和影像学知识存在差异有关。
