刺梨对缺素胁迫的反应 被引量:10

摘要 研究结果表明,在缺素胁迫下.刺梨表现出相应的缺素症状。缺钙症状首先在根系表现,其它缺素症先在叶上表现,刺梨对缺氮、缺磷、缺钙胁迫的反应快。各种缺素胁迫都显著抑制植株生长,在各种缺素症表现之前生长已受到明显的抑制、缺磷、缺钾、缺钙、缺铁、缺锌胁迫使刺梨所处介质pH下降,缺氮胁迫使刺梨所处介质pH上升,缺镁胁迫对刺梨所处介质pH影响小. Response of elements deficiency stress in Rosa roxburghii Tratt was studied. The rseults showed that Rosa roxburghii Tratt manifested different symptoms under elements deficieney sttess condition.The symptoms of Ca deficiency had been firstly shown on root. And sympotoms caused by other elements deficency show on leaves. Rosa roxburghii Tratt quickly responded to N,P,Ca deficiency stress. all kinds of Elements deficiency siress might obviously restrain growth of plants. Before plants showed symptoms their growth had been significantly restrained. The pH of nutritive solution reduced under P,K,Ca,Fe and Zn deficiency stress,but risedd under N deficiency stress. The effect of Mg deficiency stress on the pH of nutritive solution was not obvious.
