摘要
开发了一套基于AD7677和MEGA64的高速数据采集系统。下位机硬件系统主要由信号调理模块、A/D转换模块、MEGA处理器模块、串口通信模块组成。它能够实现信号的采集及前端处理,并能通过串口总线与上位机通信。上位机软件系统采用NI公司生产的Lab Windows/CVI 8.0工控软件,实现对数据的存储、后端处理及显示。重点阐述了系统原理及硬件、软件的设计。
This paper developes a high-speed data acquisition system based on AD7677and MEGA64. The control hardware device is made up of signal modulate module,A/D convert module,MEAG processor module and RS-232 communication module. It can meet signals acquisition and processing in prophase,also communicate with the superior PC using RS-232 BUS. The software system on superior PC adopts LabWindows/CVI8.0 engineering software produced by NI company,it can achieve the storage,processing and display to data. The paper expatiates emphatically the design of the system principle,the control hardware device and the software system.
