摘要 本文采用聚醚多元醇PTMG、聚酯多元醇PPG与4,4'-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI为主要原料,以水做发泡剂,采用两步法制作一种新型聚氨酯半硬泡。通过对不同配比的预聚体进行发泡,将得到的半硬泡进行ATR红外、DSC、TGA等分析,并通过测试邵氏硬度和密度表征其物理性能,表明所得的半硬泡符合产品要求。 The polyether polyol PTMG, polyester polyol PPG and 4,4 '- diphenylmethane diisocyanate MDI as the main raw material, water foaming agent to do with the production of a new two-step method semi-rigid polyurethane. Through the different ratio of prepolymer to foam, will be a semi-rigid ATR infrared, DSC, TGA, and other analysis, and tested Shore hardness and density characterization of the physical properties that from the semi-rigid foam product requirements.
