摘要
目的:探讨刺络放血结合语言康复训练治疗中风运动性失语的疗效与护理。方法:对40例患者采用舌底刺络放血治疗,穴位:金津、玉液1,5次为1个疗程,不愈者再进行第2个疗程。在治疗的全程中结合语言康复训练指导。结果:总有效率为95%。结论:舌底刺络放血结合语言康复训练治疗中风运动性失语的疗效显著。
Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effect and nursing care on the patients who was illwith apoplectic anandia and received venesection combined with language rehabilitation training. Method：40 cases were applied with the treatment of venesection on the base of tongue, the points choosed were Jinjin, Yuye, 15 times were 1 course of treatment. The patients who didn＇t cure could rerun another course of treatment. And in the whole range, we combine with language rehabilitation training. Results ： Total effective rate is 95%. Conclusion ： The therapeutic effect of the method that venesection on the base of tongue combined with language rehabilitation training is significant.
