急性脑梗死患者血超敏C反应蛋白和D-二聚体含量的改变及其临床意义 被引量:14

Change and its clinical significance of blood concentrations of high sensitive C-reactive protein and D-Dimer in patient with acute cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨颈内动脉系统急性脑梗死患者血超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和D-二聚体(D-Dimer)含量的变化及其意义。方法测定69例急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP和血浆D-Dimer含量,并与正常对照组进行比较;分析血清hs-CRP与血浆D-Dimer含量及其与神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)、脑梗死面积的关系。结果急性脑梗死组血hs-CRP和D-Dimer含量明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.05),脑梗死中重度组明显高于轻度组(均P<0.05);脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP和血浆D-二聚体含量分别与脑梗死面积、NIHSS评分呈正相关(r=0.323和0.440;r=0.415和0.586,均P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血hs-CRP及D-Dimer含量明显增高。观察血hs-CRP及D-Dimer水平的改变对于判断脑梗死病情轻重具有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the change and its significance of blood concentrations of high sensitive C- reactive protein(hs-CRP) and D-Dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by internal carotid artery. Methods The blood levels of D-Dimer and hs-CRP in 69 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured, and compared with the normal controls. The relationships between the levels of hs-CRP and D-Dimer and NIHSS or the areas of infarction were analyzed. Results Compared with those in normal control group, the blood levels of D- Dimer and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased significantly ( all P 〈 0. 05 ) , and those in patients with heavy severity were significantly higher than those in patients with less severity (all P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of hs-CRP and D-Dimer were positive relation between the areas of infarction and the NIHSS scores respectively (r=0. 323 and 0.440;r =0.415 and 0.586,aU P〈0.05). Conclusions The blood concentrations of hs-CRP and D-Dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction increased significantly. To observe the changes of blood levels of D- Dimer and hs-CRP are very valuable to estimate the severity of acute cerebral infarction.
