摘要
针对汽油等轻质油品在收发过程中蒸发排放大量油气,造成严重的油品蒸发损耗问题,提出了降低油品蒸发损耗技术及应用研究,对比了几种降低油品蒸发损耗方案,通过推导油品蒸发损耗量的计算公式及实例分析,对某油罐区提出了新的降耗方案,并对其蒸气集气系统进行了工艺设计,得到相应的结论并给出了建议。
Light end products (gasoline etc. ) release a great volume of vapor in the course of receiving and dispatching process, which will lead to a serious problem of oil loss from evaporation. The article puts forward a technique and application study on debasing vapor evaporation, illustrates and contrasts several schemes for theses purpose. The scheme debasing loss in actual oil tank farm and technique design for vapor gas gathering system are determinate by calculation and case analysis,the corresponding conclusion and proposal are obtained.
