摘要
宽温度稳定性、大功率一直是微波铁氧体材料研究的重点。本文利用氧化物工艺,通过Gd^3+、Sn^4+离子对YIG的取代,制成了饱和磁化强度为943Gs、在-40℃~100℃范围内具有良好的温度稳定性的大功率YGdCaSnIG微波石榴石铁氧体。
Wide temperature stability and high power are always the focus of microwave ferrite research. In this paper,YGdCaSnIG microwave garnet ferrites with saturate magnetization 943 Gs is made which is high power and stable at temperature from -40℃ to 100℃.
