摘要
大学生职业竞争能力,是大学生毕业后在一定时间内能够获得"较为满意职业"的能力。大学生职业竞争能力的形成既需要大学生通过有目的的自我训练,也需要学校在教学中有针对性的培养。大学生职业竞争能力的发展,要求大学生进入职场后通过相关能力的提高,增强职业竞争能力,实现职业理想。
College students＇ professional competition capacity marks if they could get ＂a quite satisfied job＂ within a certain period after graduation. It requires that the college students take an objective self-training and the institute carry out objective cultivation. To develop college students＇ professional competition capacity, they must enhance interrelated capacities themselves after entering the integrated social professional environment. Then, they can raise professional competition capacity and bring about their professional ideals.
