摘要
巷道围岩控制是深部资源开采中的关键问题,而要攻克深井软岩巷道支护的难关,就必须首先研究底鼓的机理及其防治措施。巷道底臌有挤压、压曲、膨胀和剪胀等形式,压曲底臌是最常见的一种形式。根据巷道围岩本构关系,建立了压曲底臌力学模型及分析计算简图,根据弹性力学薄板理论,导出了压曲临界载荷计算式。研究表明,临界载荷与厚跨比关系密切。这对于控制底板层状岩体压曲型底臌有一定的参考作用。分析了防治压曲底鼓的有关研究成果,最后介绍了2个防治巷道底鼓的实例。
Deformation control of surrounding rocks of roadways is one of the key problems in deep mining. In order to solve the difficult problem of roadway support in soft rocks, mechanism of roadway floor heave and its control must be studied at first. There are roadway floor heave types such as extrusion, bending under pressure, expansion and shearing dilation, among them bending under pressure is the most common type. According to constitutive relations of surrounding rocks of roadway, mechanical model and analysis diagram of floor heave by extrusion was established. On the basis of plate theory of elastic mechanics, critical load calculation formula of bending under pressure was derived. Research shows that the critical load is closely relevant to the rate of thickness and span, which has certain reference in control of heave by bending under pressure of roadway floor in layered rock strata. Achievements of researches in prevention of floor he;ve by bending under pressure were analyzed and 2 examples of roadway floor heave prevention were presented.
