高寒地区低温胁迫条件下化学调控对玉米生理变化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 郭志强侯立白赵摘要以益农103为材料,在河北张家口坝上高寒地区,于玉米灌浆初期进行化学调控试验,研究了低温胁迫下5种不同化控剂对玉米代谢生理的影响。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,化学调控各个处理均不同程度地提高了玉米叶片、茎秆以及子粒中游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量,以及保护酶SOD、POD的活性和净光合速率,提高了玉米的产量。适当运用化学调控,可以保证低温胁迫下玉米正常生长发育和产量的提高。 Effects of five kinds of chemical regulators on corn physiological changes were studied under low temperature stress condition. The experimental material "Yinong103" was treated in the cold upland of Bashang area of Hebei Province by different chemical regulators at early filling stage. The results showed that the proline content and protein content of maize laminae, stem and kernel increased with different regulation treatments under low temperature stress. At the same time, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in laminae, stem and kernel with each chemical regulation treatment also increased. The net photosynthetic rate was improved. It was coneluded that if an appropriate chemical regulation is adopted it will protect the normal growth of maize from the low temperature stress and increase the yield.
