摘要
文章基于对多年统计数据的分析,指出了资源、环境因素在区域发展中的重要作用。强调解决区域发展不平衡问题,首先要认真分析区域环境承载力,并在此基础上制定促进人口合理流动的大政方针。
An analysis on the statistics make it clear that resources and environment play an important role on regional development. So it is necessary to study the carrying capacity of different part of the region when solving the imbalance of development of it such as Guangdong.
