人力资源捆绑实践与组织创新能力:基于74家企业的调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对74家企业的调研,发现单一组织的人力资源管理实践对组织创新能力的贡献性虽然存在,但并不显著;而基于系统性、战略性的人力资源管理捆绑实践却对组织创新能力具有显著的贡献性。
