摘要
目的观察痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例COPD急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,均以西药常规治疗,治疗组加用痰热清注射液;治疗7d后评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90%,高于对照组之63.33%。结论痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭有较好疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Taireqing Injection on treating respiratory failure in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:60 patients with AECOPD on urgent breath failure were divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.Both group were gave western routine treatment and the treatment group was added to Tanreqing Injection.The effects were evaluated after 7d.Results:The improvement ratio of treatment group was 90% ,higher than that of the control group (63.33% ).Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection is a effective treatment method in AECOPD accompained by urgent breath failure.
