摘要
目的探讨温阳活血中药复方对冠心病阳虚血瘀证大鼠血小板超微结构及聚集率的影响。方法采取高脂饮食、脑垂体后叶素皮下注射及寒冷刺激方法,建立冠心病阳虚血瘀证模型,同时观察温阳活血中药复方对血小板超微结构及聚集率的影响。结果温阳活血中药复方治疗组与模型组比较差异显著,其血小板超微结构改变明显,血小板聚集率的含量下降。结论温阳活血中药复方具有降低血小板聚集率的作用,能修复血小板超微结构的改变。
Objective： To study influence of Chinese compound prescription with the function of warming yang and activiting blood to blood the uhrastructure of platelet in the yang deficiency and blood stasis symptom of coronary disease of mouses, and to the blood platelet aggregation rate. Methods： The high fat diet, the brain pituitrin bypodermic injection and the cold stimulation method were used to establish the yang deficiency and blood stasis symptom of coronary disease model, and simultaneously observing the influence of Chinese compound prescription with the function of warming yang and activiting blood to the ultrastructure of platelet and influence to the blood platelet aggregation rate. Results： Comparison difference between Chinese compound prescription treatment group with the function of warming yang and activiting blood and model group was remarkeble,the ultrastructure of platelet changes obviously, the blood platelet aggregation rate contentdrops. Conclusion： Chinese compound prescription with the function of warming yang and activing blood can constrain the blood platelet aggregation and restore the uhrastructure of platelet.
