摘要
在防振锤的设计过程中,需确定防振锤各技术参数对防振锤功率特性的影响程度,以节省优化时间,减少试制费用。文章根据Stockbridge型防振锤的数学模型,计算了防振锤各技术参数(包括锤头质量、钢绞线长度、锤头偏心距、转动惯量等)的数值对防振锤振动特性的影响。说明在防振锤的设计中,应注意各参数的配合,得出的结论可供防振锤设计参考。
The effects of damper technical parameters on its power characteristics must he determined in the design process to save optimization time and reduce development cost. Based on the mathematic model of Stockbridge damper, this paper calculates effects of damper technical parameters, such as damper head weight, twisted steel cable length, damper head offset, and moment of inertia, etc., on damper vibration characteristics. It suggests that the compatibility of all the parameters should he considered in damper design. Conclusions drawn from the study provide references for damper designs.
