摘要
本文研究了漂白硫酸盐苇浆的末端分全浆和筛分后的纤维级分在回用中各项物理、化学性能、纤维形态以及成纸性能的变化规律及其机理。结果表明全浆与纤维级分的纸页紧度、抗张和耐破强度、耐折度均随回用下降,且第一体回用后下降程度最大,耐折度先上升后下降,纤维柔软度、润胀度和聚成精含量在回用中下降是这些纸张强度性能下降的主要原因,纤维级分成纸紧度与抗张、耐破强度分别成直线关系。
The initial un-fractionated bleached sulfate reed pulp (whole pulp) and fines-free reed pulp were recycled in laboratory. The law and mechanism of changes in reedpulp properties during recycling were studied, including the changes of physical andchemical properties, fiber morphology and paper forming property. The results showedthat apparent density, tensile, burst and folding strength decreased during recycling, andshowed greater decreasing extent after the first recycling. Tear strength increased initial-ly then reduced. The dropping of flexibility, WRV and pentose content with recyclingwere the main reason for the decreasing in these strength.
