子痫前期患者外周血共刺激分子B7-1和B7-2的表达水平

Study of B7-1 and B7-2 in peripheral blood in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的:研究子痫前期患者外周血单核细胞共刺激分子B7-1和B7-2的表达水平,探讨B7-1、B7-2在发病中的作用。方法:收集20例重度子痫前期患者、20例轻度子痫前期患者、20例妊娠期高血压患者、20例正常妊娠妇女、20例正常未孕妇女的外周血单核细胞,用流式细胞技术检测B7-1、B7-2的表达率。结果:①正常妊娠时B7-2(27.04±9.88)表达水平升高,B7-1(6.00±1.84)表达处于低水平(P<0.01);②重度子痫前期组B7-1表达率和轻度子痫前期组B7-1表达率均显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论:子痫前期患者外周血单核细胞共刺激分子B7-1、B7-2异常表达在其发病中具有重要作用,可能是子痫前期发生的重要原因。 Objective: To evaluate the expression level of costimulatory molecule B7 - 1 and B7 -2 in peripheral from patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and to investigate the function of B7 - 1 and B7 - 2 in the pathogenesis. Methods: Peripheral blood were sampled from 20 patients with severe pre - eclampsia (PE) and 20 patients with mild PE and 20 patients with gestational hypertension and 20 healthy pregnant women and 20 non - pregnant women. B7 - 1 and B7 - 2 in peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometric technique. Results: The percentage of B7 - 2 positive ceils in peripheral blood mononuclear in healthy pregnant women was higher than that in other groups, and B7 - 1 was lower than that in PE and gestational hypertension (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The percentage of B7 - 1 positive cells in peripheral blood mononuclear in patients with severe ( 10.67 ± 2. 57) and mild ( 10. 14 ± 2. 31 ) preeclampsia were higher than that in other groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a syndrome of abnormal of B7 - 1 and B7 - 2 as compared with healthy pregnany. It might be the mason of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
