摘要
本文在实地调查的基础上,就青海省公共图书馆的现状及存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了具体的改进意见和建议。旨在为今后各级文化主管部门对公共图书馆的领导和决策提供参考依据,促进青海省图书馆事业的进一步发展。
This paper, on the basis of investigating, introduces the present situation of Qinghai public library, analyses existing questions and puts forward some improvement proposals. It offers some referenced warrant for all levels cultural department in charge making decision , so as to promote the development of public library.
