球根海棠无土扦插基质配方评选的研究 被引量:6

Selection of Light Soilless Culture Substrate for Stem Cutting of Begonia tuberhybrida

摘要 用蛭石、泥炭、珍珠岩、煤渣作基本基质,以此设计了9种配方进行球根海棠的无土扦插基质配方评选的研究。通过9种无土扦插基质配方中球根海棠插条生根率、生根数量等指标的试验比较,评选出了适合球根海棠扦插繁殖的无土基质配方。结果表明:在参试的9种配方中最优的球根海棠无土扦插基质配方为:泥炭、蛭石、煤渣、珍珠岩的配比为:1:3:2:4(T2),其插条的生根率达到90.50%,平均根数为11条;而泥炭、蛭石、煤渣、珍珠岩配比为3:3:1:3(T8)的基质次之,其插条的生根率为85.7%,生根数为10条,均显著优于园土基质(对照),其插条的生根率为20.00%,生根数为1条。经试验得出:较适合球根海棠扦插繁殖的基质理化性状为:容重0.40—0.51g/cm^3,总孔隙度52.56%-71.6%,毛管孔隙度31.75%-49.43%,气水比0.45—0.65,pH值5.4—5.9,EC值22.0—52.8μS/cm。 Taking vermiculite, peat, perlite and slag as the basic components, the experiments on cutting of B. tuberhybrida were conducted to explore the optimum light soilless culture substrate. The experimental results indicated that among the designed 9 kinds of substrates, the best substrate was T2, namely peat + vermiculite + slag + perlite (1 : 3 : 2 : 4), with the rooting rate and number of root of 90.5 % and 11 respectively; next came T8, namely vermiculite + slag + peat + perlite (3 : 3 : 1 : 3), with the rooting rate and number of root of 85.7 % and 10 respectively. The rooting rate and number of root of these treatments were significantly higher than soil (20. 0 % and 1 ). The appropriate physical and chemical property scope for B. tuberhybrida cut rooting were as follows: bulk density of 0.40 - 0. 51 g/cm^3 , total porosity of 52. 66 % - 71.6 % , capillary porosity of 31.75 % - 49.93 %, ratio between air and capillary of 0.45 - 0.65, pH of 5.4 - 5.9 and EC of 22.0 - 52. 8 μS/cm.
