摘要
针对产品售后服务管理问题建立了维护BOM,阐述了维护BOM的结构特点,并以组件化体系结构为指导,构建了维护BOM系统,分析了系统的功能,实现了系统在企业中的应用。
It designs the servicing BOM for the production after service, describes the characteristics of servicing BOM. It builds the component structure of servicing BOM system. The implementation shows that servicing BOM system can improve the service level of the production and reduce the cost of the production.
