摘要
依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神实质,立足具体的教学实践,经过近10年的试验和探讨,总结出了个性和共性杂糅的"五.三"体育教学新模式,即"三结合"、"三自主"、"三互动"、"三自治"和"三开放",以期为普通高校体育教学探索出一条新路,为高校体育教学改革的深化提供参考。
According to the spirit of depending on the practice of teaching with almost 10 - year test and exploration, it has summed out the "five" three " new PE teaching pattern of individuality and common character blend, namely "three combinations", "three self-determinations", "three interactions", "three self-rules"and"three openings". Looking forward to exploration a new mad for ordinary institution sports teaching, it provides a reference to deepen PE educational reform.
