摘要
用GGR6号和SJCL生根剂,IAA(吲哚乙酸)和NAA(萘乙酸)植物激素分别处理青钱柳插穗进行扦插育苗试验,结果表明:在对青钱柳扦插育苗试验中,生根剂SJCL浓度500 mg/L、浸泡时间0.5 h的组合效果为佳,生根率最高为64.57%;不同生根剂和植物激素对扦插苗生根数、根长的影响达到极显著水平;用SJCL生根剂处理的扦插苗在生根数上较IAA和NAA明显提高,用GGR6处理的扦插苗在根长上较IAA和NAA植物激素明显提高。
The effects of four growth regulators, namely, GGR6, SJCL, IAA and NAA on rooting of Cyclocarya paliurus cuttings were investigated . The results showed that dipping the cuttings in SJCL growth regulators 500 mg/L for 0.5 h showed the best result for rooting and the rooting rate was up to 64.57%. Different growth regulators had extremely significant effects on rooting number , rooting length of cuttings , SJCL had better effect than IAA and NAA on rooting numbers, GGR6 had better than IAA and NAA on rooting length.
