摘要
利用结构方程建模方法(SEM),从创新战略、知识管理、激励机制、研发能力4个方面探讨它们与自主创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,创新战略、研发能力和组织学习对自主创新绩效有直接的因果关系,激励机制对自主创新绩效的影响则是间接的。
The paper uses structural equation and explores the relation between innovation strategy ,excitation mechanism,R&D capability,knowledge management and independent innovation performance.As a result, innovation strategy,R&D capability and organization learning have direct effect on independent innovation performance, and excitation mechanism has the indirect effect on it.
