摘要
构建了一个知识生态模型,讨论了知识重叠和人才同质对知识和人才流失的影响。结果表明,组织内部人才的同质性越强,越容易导致人才流失;组织内部间的知识相关性越大,越有利于内部人才流动,也越有利于降低人才流失率。
This paper establishes a knowledge ecology model, and then discusses the effects of Knowledge overlapping and brain homogeneity on knowledge outflow and brain drain. This model provides benefic guidance for corporate managers to adjust knowledge overlapping and brain homogeneity through organizational learning in order to avoid knowledge outflow and brain drain.
