摘要
信息化时代的到来对领导实践、领导学、领导者及其领导力提出了挑战,只有因应信息化时代的变化而培育和不断提升信息化领导力的领导者才能持续取得成功。本文首先对国内外信息化领导力文献进行了系统分析,归纳了当前信息化领导力的研究热点,然后结合领导力理论探讨了信息化领导力的概念和研究范围,最后提出了信息化领导力的研究框架。
Leadership practice,leadership science,and leaders are confronted with challenges in the information era Only by nurturing and upgrading leadership capabilities,can leaders really succeed in the informatization environment This paper summarizes various documents about e-leadership,generalizes the hot researches about e-leadership,discusses the concept and scope of e-leadership by applying leadership theory,and puts forward a research frame of e-leadership.
