摘要
结合国内外牧草品质评价指标、技术和标准,介绍适口性、消化率、营养价值、有毒有害成分含量等牧草品质评价指标,并总结了牧草品质评价的主要方法和技术体系。
Combing with the evaluation indices of forage quality at home and abroad, technique and standard, the evaluation indices of forage quality such as palatability, digestibility, nutritive value and harmful ingredient content were introduced. And the main methods and the technical system of forage quality appraisal were summarized.
