微创植入锁定加压钢板在胫腓骨远端骨折中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胫腓骨中远端骨折的治疗效果。方法治疗新鲜胫腓骨中远端骨折14例。全部采用锁定加压钢板微创植入方式。结果患者全部随访5至18个月。平均14个月,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折全部愈合,时间为5至8个月,平均7个月,未出现内固定松动、折断及畸形愈合现象。结论锁定加压钢板结合微创植入在治疗胫腓骨中远端骨折中符合BO原则。避免传统方法的不足,有利于骨折愈合,是一种安全有效的内固定技术。 Objective Discussion of therapy effect of the fracture of distal shaft of tibia and fibula, Methods We used the technique of the LCP ( the locking compress plate) less invasive implant to treat all 14 patient with the fracture of distal shaft of tibia and/or fibula, Results All patient has been investigated for 5-18 month( average 14 month). All incisions healed in stage Ⅰ and the fracture healed completely and normally in 5- 8 month( average 7 month) after the operation day. The LCP system is not loose or/and break, Conclusion The technique of LCP less invasive implant conform to the principle BO in the treatment of the fracture of distal shaft of tibia and fibula. It avoid the defect of traditional treatment method and is advantageous to heal of fracture. It' s a secure and effective internal stabilization technique.
