摘要
《包山楚简》文书简中所记战国晚期楚国的里名可以分作"从属于某人的里"和"从属于某地的里"这两种类型。但是,里中居民的身份似乎并不像里名所表现的那样整齐划一,而是具有相当复杂的一面。通过对包山楚简中名籍制度的分析,我们发现战国晚期楚国的名籍登记制度已经很完善了,从中甚至可以看到秦汉时代名籍登记制度的影子。
The names of Li that had been recorded in the inscribed bamboo slips of Chu from Baoshan could be divided into two types, which can be described as Li that belongs to somebody and Li in someplace. People lived in Li had many different types of status. Based on the research of the inscribed bamboo slips , we know that the record of single person which had been recorded by the government was very complicated. The same system is almost used in Qin and Han dynasties.
