摘要
目的:探讨中成药不合理应用的主要原因。方法:通过调查我院临床运用骨科中成药处方的实际情况,对中成药的不合理应用进行系统分析。结果:医师、药师、中成药管理等因素是造成中成药不合理应用的主要原因。结论:必须加强中成药管理,提高医师、药师的执业水平,实行临床药师制度,开展临床用药咨询和不良反应监测工作,以保障中成药的合理应用。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the main causes of the irrational use of Chinese patent medicines. METHODS： A systematic analysis was performed on the irrational use of Chinese patent medicines by reviewing the prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines in department of orthopedics in our hospital. RESULTS： Physicians, pharmacists, management on Chinese patent medicines etc were the main causes accountable for the irrational use of Chinese patient medicines. CONCLUSION： To ensure rational use of Chinese patient medicines, it is necessary to tighten control on Chinese patent medicines, improve professional level of both physicians and pharmacists, facilitate clinical pharmacist system, carry out clinical medication counseling and ADR （adverse drug reaction） monitoring work.
