摘要
提高产业工人的认同感可以从四个方面入手:通过加强制度建设、提高执政绩效等途径提高产业工人对党执政的认同;通过培育先进的阶级意识、提高产业工人的政治经济地位等途径提高工人对本阶级的认同感;通过职业技能培训和正确的舆论引导等途径提高产业工人的职业认同感;通过政策保护、思想政治工作、企业文化建设等途径提高产业工人对企业的认同感。
There are four approaches to improve the identify of industrial workers.Firstly, to improve workers＇ identify to the CCP through strengthening institutional construction and achievements.Second, to improve workers＇ identify to the working class through fostering advanced class consciousness and improving their political and economic status. Third, dentify through vocational training and proper direction of public opinion.Finally, to improve workers＇ identify to enterprise through policy protection, ideological education and corporation culture.
