摘要
笔者从稀缺资源的分配角度对基尼系数进行了有益的扩展,提出并论证了权力系数的合理性,结果表明:降低权力系数不仅能够促进社会公平,而且能够促进经济增长,开放的社会秩序是合适的权力系数的必然结果,也是国家长治久安、社会和谐、民族崛起的必然选择。借助于传统基尼系数的计算方法,论文给出了权力系数一种新的算法。针对中国当前转轨经济的现实,提出了实现和谐社会的必要步骤。
The authers extend Gini coefficient beneficially from the perspective of the distribution of scarce resource, put forward and demonstrate the rationality of power coefficient. The resuh shows that lowering power coefficient can promote not only social equality but also economic growth and open social order is a necessary result of appropriate power coefficient and it is a necessary choice of a stable country, a harmonious society and a rising nationality. This paper recurs to the traditional calculating method of Gini coefficient and suggests a new calculating method of Gini coefficient. In the light of the fact of Chinese transitional economy, the authors come up with the necessary steps to realize a harmonious society.
