摘要
目的:探讨白英甾体皂苷组分的抗肿瘤作用及其作用机制。方法:采用MTT法观察白英甾体皂苷组分体外对人卵巢癌细胞SKOV3及人宫颈癌细胞ME180的增殖抑制作用、检测LDH漏出率观察白英甾体皂苷组分对人卵巢癌细胞SKOV3的杀伤作用。结果:白英甾体皂苷组分能显著抑制SKOV3、ME180的生长,低浓度下对人正常细胞CCC-HPF-1无明显抑制作用,作用于SKOV3时LDH漏出率显著增加。结论:白英甾体皂苷组分能引起肿瘤细胞的坏死,具有抗肿瘤的作用。
Objective ：To study the anti - tumor effect and the mechanism of the monomer of Solarium lyratum. Methods ：The anti - tumor effect of the monomer of Solarium lyratum was studied by MTT assay, LDH release assay. Result ： It＇s significant that the monomer of Solarium lyratum can inhibit the growth of the SKOV3 and ME180,moreover it is no significant inhibition on human normal cell ccc - hpf - 1 that the monomer is in low concentration. LDH~ release increased. Condution ： The monomer of Solanum lyratum can evoke the necrosis of tumor cells, it has the effect of anti - tumor.
