麻黄多糖对EAT小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:研究麻黄多糖对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过对小鼠足跖皮下、背部皮下、腹部皮下、颈部皮下等部位进行免疫注射佐剂抗原,造成实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)。给药然后采用流式细胞仪检测各组外周血淋巴细胞亚群的水平。结果:麻黄多糖大剂量组脾指数低于模型组,表明麻黄多糖对EAT小鼠脾脏生长有一定的抑制作用;模型组小鼠CD4+淋巴细胞下降,CD8+淋巴细胞上升,与正常组相比,CD4+/CD8+比值显著增加。麻黄多糖33mg/kg与66mg/kg剂量组CD8+淋巴细胞相对含量较模型组显著上升,CD4+淋巴细胞略有下降,其CD4+/CD8+比值显著下降。结论:麻黄多糖治疗实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎可能与其干预外周血淋巴细胞亚群有一定的关系。 Objective. Study the effects of ephedran on lymphocyte subgroups of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis Mice (EAT). Methods: Pure mice thyroid globulin(TG) antigen and Complete Freund'Adjunt (CFA) were mixed by 2mg/mL equally to make the oil - wrap - water emulsion. Female ICR mice were divided random for experiment. The emulsion of TG and CFA were injected into multi - part of the model mice with 0.2mL ( each time 100ug TG), once a week and totally 5 times, meanwhile, the mice in control group were injected with physiological saline. The mice in control group were drunken distilled water, while the ones in other groups were given high iodine water (formed by joining 0.64gram kalium iodide into llitre). Mice were given ephedran. In last the blood were taken and were examined with flow cytometer (FCM). Results: CD4^+ lymphoid cells of EAT model mice were higher than control group (P 〈0.05). Specific values of CD4^+/CD8^+ were obviously higher ( P 〈 0.01 ). Specific values of CD4^+/CD8^+ of 66mg/kg dose and 33mg/kg dose enphedran groups were both lower than the model group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). CD^8+ lymphoid cells of 66mg/kg dose and 33mg/kg dose enphedran groups were higher than model group. Conclusion : Enphedran can interfere in lymphocyte subgroups of EAT, which might be relative to the therapeutic effect of enphedran on EAT.
